Beginning with Pre-Patch day (May 18), you should make a choice on each of your existing Classic WoW characters whether to progress to Burning Crusade Classic or play on a Classic Era realm.

All current World of Warcraft Classic servers will progress to Burning Crusade Classic content as of the Pre-expansion Patch. When you first log in, you should make a choice on each existing character whether to advance that character to Burning Crusade Classic or choose to play on a WoW Classic Era realm available as a new game download on the Battle.net Desktop App.

If you last logged into WoW Classic before Pre-Patch day, your default option in the Battle.net Desktop App will be Burning Crusade Classic. If you want to move to WoW Classic, you should select that option.

When you select the "Play Burning Crusade" button, you will need to confirm your choice by typing in the character's name on the confirmation interface. If you want to play a character in both worlds, you can choose the Character Cloning Service (available on May 18, $35 per character), which allows you to continue playing your existing character on WoW Classic while also advancing to Burning Crusade Classic.

After the Pre-Patch releases, WoW Classic players will choose whether to progress each of their characters to Burning Crusade Classic with the rest of their realms or continue playing the original WoW Classic content on brand-new Classic Era realms. Players who wish to experience the best of both worlds will be able to use the optional Character Cloning Service (available on May 18, $35 per character).

All the characters that you created and played before servers come down for the Pre-Patch will appear on the same realms. It means that you'll see all your pre-existing characters in both versions of the game.If you want to boost your character of Burning Crusade Classic to level 58, you can purchase the Dark Portal Pass (available on May 18, $39.99 ). If you want to boost your characters from level 58 to the desired level, you can buy TBC Classic power leveling service from us.

Everyone who wants to join the adventure in Outland with their friends will also have the option to purchase the Dark Portal Pass (available on May 18, $39.99 per character), allowing them to boost one character of their choosing on Burning Crusade Classic to level 58 (It is limited to one per World of Warcraft account, and not usable on Blood Elf or Draenei characters).
