IFX's methods of deposits and withdrawal
IFX brokers ease their clients of depositing or withdrawing their money in the accounts by various methods such as Visa card, MasterCard, or Pay fast.

The best part of all is that there is no withdrawal or deposit fee at all. Southern clients can get their withdrawal process done within 2 to 5 hours. However, the non-southern clients must wait for about 4 to 5 working days to complete the withdrawal.

Furthermore, we are happy to say that we could not find any disturbance in the deposit and withdrawal method in all studies and research. So you can rest assured that your money is in safe hands.

Nevertheless, due to the high rate of scamming in the forex trading market, we always recommend our readers not to put a hefty amount in their trading account. Instead, stay consistent with a small number of deposits.

How to Install LED Strip Lights

LED Strip Lights provide a flexible means of both indoor and outdoor illumination. Strips are typically up to 5m in length but may be cut at designated regular intervals. Chains of strips may be achieved given the correct power supply. The adhesive backing allows LED strips to be attached to all surface types. To get more news about led lights strip, you can visit htj-led.com official website.
How to Install LED Strip Lights
Installing LED strips is a relatively straight forward process. Always ensure to consult an electrician when combining two or more strips in a chain, as power supply considerations will vary according to circumstance. Steps:

Measuring Up The length of an LED light strip may be shortened with scissors at any of the regular highlighted intervals along the strip, usually indicated with a line, spaced roughly every 10cm (4 - 5 inches). With this in mind, make sure to adjust the desired final position of the strip such that the end connected to the power supply is close to an appropriate outlet. The choice is also generally made to move the powered end of the strip close to a drill-hole in a cupboard, for example, so that wiring may be easily concealed.
Power Supply LED light strips are generally sold in bundles containing a power pack and connectors. This power supply will be relevant to the manufacturer's guidance on powering the strip. Using an alternate power supply could result in overloading the strip (burnout) or conversely may result in a dimmer over all output. When purchasing the strip and power supply separately, be sure to consult the literature accompanying the strip for best results.
Cut & Connect The designated ‘cut’ points located at regular intervals along the strip allow a safe place to expose the wiring within the strip. This is where the power supply connector ‘clips’ into place. A small section of the strip is placed inside the connector, which then snaps shut to provide an insulated completed connection.
Wifi Connectivity
A standard 5m (16.4ft) LED light strip should provide ample length to suit most popular locations around the home and garden (e.g. kitchen cabinet under-lighting, garden shed). Extending beyond this length would ideally entail a separate strip complete with a seperate power pack (although solutions involving multiple wires from a singular power pack are available). This avoids complicated chain strips, which must be powered properly. A popular DIY solution to controlling multiple strips from a singular switch is to build wifi connectivity into the circuit. Wifi boxes may be purchased separately, and can be controlled from a linked smartphone, tablet, or virtual assistant (e.g. Alexa, Google Home). Alternatively, seek professional advice when attempting a setup that allows multiple strips to be controlled from a central physical switch.
Splash Proof & Waterproof
While waterproof and splash proof LED strips are widely available, an important consideration to bare in mind when choosing suitable lighting solutions is that not all strips are water resistant (the added feature of water resistance is commonly reflected in the retail price). Where a non-waterproof light strip is intended for use in areas likely to come into contact with water, trunking is available in both clear and semi-clear formats.

Why police need to train to use and carry an IFAK

The modern Individual First Aid Kit or IFAK was developed as a result of research performed into the causes of preventable deaths in combat during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) in 2003-2004 and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) in 2006.[1] The findings were sobering. The number of preventable deaths in combat accounted for 7.8 percent of total combat deaths.[2] This significant number had remained essentially unchanged since the Vietnam War.To get more news about ifak pouch, you can visit rusuntacmed.com official website.

Military officials felt that these were unacceptable losses and developed a new system of medical training for non-medical military personnel, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC).[1, 2] Along with TCCC training, every soldier would also be provided an IFAK. This kit would be worn by every soldier in combat operations for immediate self-aid or buddy aid.

The first IFAK’s were simple in design. The equipment was selected for its ease of use by non-medical personnel and to address the two major causes of preventable deaths in combat, uncontrolled hemorrhage and airway obstruction. This rapid response by the military paid off, and by 2011, the percentage of preventable deaths in combat in was significantly reduced to 2.6 percent.[3] The IFAK, combined with TCCC training, has saved thousands of lives.
The need for civilian law enforcement IFAKS

Recent events, such as the Boston Marathon bombing, the Fort Hood shooting, and several other mass casualty shootings have made it clear that law enforcement officers, like the military, must be prepared to provide immediate life-saving first aid. This need is especially important as civilian paramedics are traditionally staged away from the scene until it is safe or mostly safe to enter. This time delay can prove deadly when rapid bleeding or airway obstruction is present.

In the Fort Hood shooting incident, the officer who stopped the assailant was shot through both thighs. She did not have an IFAK. Off duty physicians on the scene applied improvised tourniquets, but they were not effective. Her life was saved when a military medic applied a C-A-T tourniquet similar to the ones found in military IFAKs.[3]

During the Boston Marathon bombings response 27 tourniquets were applied in the prehospital setting.[1] They were all improvised tourniquets and many of them required replacement with a C-A-T tourniquet to prevent ongoing extremity exsanguination.

In 2015, department issued IFAKs were successfully used by law enforcement officers at a mass shooting incident at a movie theater in Lafayette, Louisiana.[4] These cases demonstrate the need for IFAKs for law enforcement and how IFAKs can save lives in the civilian setting.

In June 2015, the United States InterAgency Board (IAB) released a white paper on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) and IFAKs for law enforcement. This paper, referencing the concepts of TCCC and the military IFAK, established recommendations for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) training and IFAKs for law enforcement officers. The IAB recommendations, along with a description of each item, are listed below.
The tourniquet is essential to control external hemorrhage to extremities. The reintroduction of the tourniquet to emergency care has demonstrated a significant improvement in the number of lives saved without the feared loss of limb amputation from prolonged restriction of blood flow.[6] After-action analysis of the Fort Hood shootings and the Boston Marathon shootings have demonstrated that improvised tourniquets are often inadequate in controlling severe extremity hemorrhage.

Hemostatic Gauze (1)

Hemostatic gauze is a gauze roll coated with a hemostatic agent that helps to stop bleeding faster and more effectively than gauze alone. It can be used in conjunction with tourniquets or by itself. This is especially useful for wounds to the head, neck or torso where tourniquets cannot be applied.

Mechanical Pressure Bandage (1)

Also known as an Israeli Bandage, a pressure bandage is designed to stop hemorrhage by the application of direct venous pressure at the site of injury. It is usually 4-6 inches in length and has an attached cravat made of elastic ace bandage style material. Many brands also have a device attached to the bandage that allows it to be self-applied using only one hand.

Leading Food & Beverage Applications of Screw Pumps

Screw pumps are used in a wide range of applications and industries, most commonly in oil, manufacturing, mining, and gas, but they can also serve an invaluable function in the food and beverage industry. To get more news about screw pump stator, you can visit hw-screwpump.com official website.

Their ability to safely transfer a variety of food materials and ingredients while effectively operating under extreme temperatures, flow pressures, and viscosities make them an indispensable part of many food and beverage manufacturing operations.
What Are Screw Pumps?
Screw pumps are a type of positive displacement pump utilizing screw-shaped rotors that intermesh and rotate together to capture and transfer a range of materials, including fluids, gas-liquid mixtures, and solid-liquid mixtures.

There are different variations of screw pumps designed to handle specific substances or applications, including:

Single Screw Pumps - The most common, single screw pumps are better known and often referred to as progressing cavity pumps. Their stator (screw) lightly contacts an elastomer stator, creating fixed cavities to convey a variety of difficult-to-pump media.
Twin Screw Pumps - Drive and driven shafts and screws of this type are usually synchronized with timing gears. A variety of screw geometries are available for handling different materials.
Triple Screw Pumps - These feature a drive screw and two driven screws, usually without timing gears. They are commonly used for lower-flow, higher-pressure applications such as lube oil systems.
Four Screw Pumps - These models encompass two opposed, twin screw pumps using a drive shafts and timing gears to turn its screws synchronously together, without contacting.
Five Screw Pumps - Featuring a drive screw and four driven screws, with timing gears, these are commonly used for high-viscosity fluids at higher flow rates and different pressures.
Screw pumps are especially effective at transferring high viscosity fluids and solid mixtures, as well as provide pulsation-free, low-shear handling of a wide variety of materials—making them useful for an assortment of food and beverage processing operations.
Single and twin screw pumps are the most commonly used screw pumps for food and beverage processing, as their designs are uniquely suited for sanitary applications.

Single Screw Pumps
Also known as progressing cavity pumps, single screw pumps, such as the Seepex model N and SCT series, are ideal for handling wastewater sludge and other hard-to-pump materials.

Food-grade sanitary versions such as the Seepex model CS are effective for conveying food products with low shear and minimal damage to solid food or ingredients, including fruits and vegetables. Seepex provides specialty versions with rectangular hopper or augur feed, as well.

Twin Screw Pumps
Twin screw pumps are characterized by their consistent flow and pulsation-free, low-shear pumping action. They also have the ability to effectively handle thin or thick fluids containing solids and are used to transfer a diverse array of products with very low rates of product or ingredient damage.

Q-Pumps’ model QTS twin screw pump is great at handling fluids with varying viscosities, ranging from 1 cP to 1,000,000 cP, and can easily and safely transfer ingredients including meat, dough, fruit purees, yogurts, glycerine, creams, and ointments, as well as fluids with a high degree of entrained air.

Q-Pumps’ model QTS is 3A and EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group) certified for sanitary pumping in the food and beverage industry. Its design is fully cleanable-in-place (CIP), too, since it has no contacting parts in the wet end, and can therefore be sped up to full motor speed between batches to act as its own CIP pump.

The QTS series of pumps can handle flows up to 570 gpm (2158 lpm), pressures up to 360 psig (25 bar) and temperatures up to 300 degree Fahrenheit (120 degrees Celsius). A variety of rotor geometries are available to optimize pump performance based on viscosity, solids concentration and solid size, and other fluid characteristics. Twin screw pumps can also be used in automated food manufacturing applications to unload various ingredients from drums and storage systems.

Finding the right pumps and systems for your facilities is critical to your overall success. Working with industrial pump provider Sunair can help ensure your facilities and operations are outfitted with the highest-quality equipment for optimal performance.

Meet the women who are reviving the 'disappearing' art of Chinese opera

It takes Chinese opera singer Gabrielle Chan at least one and a half hours to get ready for a performance. To get more news about woman in ancient china, you can visit shine news official website.

"I have a lot of layers to put on — base foundation, then powder, a layer of colour and another layer of colour, and then finally a touch-up," she says — and that's just the make-up.

There are also hairstyles to craft, as well as ornate headdresses and elaborate costumes to don.

"Because of my age, my skin is drooping," she adds, "so there's a lot of face to lift with a lot of sticky tape."There are more than 100 distinct forms of Chinese opera – Peking from northern China, Kunqu from the east, and Sichuan from the west.

In fact, Peking opera was inscribed on UNESCO's list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2010, demonstrating its importance to world culture.

Gabrielle has been performing the Cantonese style from southern China for the past 30 years.Chinese operas use minimalist sets, which means characters and stories need to be expressed through extravagant clothes and specific movements.

"A Chinese opera is told with imagination because the only scenery that we see is usually an embroidered backdrop," theatre and costume historian Fiona Reilly explains.Through this ancient art form, stories of great heroes and battles, myths and folklore, have been told for generations.

"The lyrics are so beautiful," Gabrielle says, explaining her attraction to the art form.

"One tiny, little paragraph and it just helps me so much. There's a lot of subtext. You have to drill down, just like poetry. There's all this imagination."

With the addition of "exquisite and colourful costumes" and make-up, Gabrielle believes there isn't anyone who wouldn't fall in love with Chinese opera.Chinese opera has a long history, with its popularity reaching its peak in the 13th century during the Song dynasty.

Originally, it was performed for the general public but it became more exclusive over the centuries, with performances reserved for imperial courts.

Then there was the Cultural Revolution.

Shirley Chan, an associate professor in Chinese Studies at Macquarie University, says this period did real damage to Chinese opera.Since then, generations of Chinese people have had limited exposure to the art form.

"This particular art form is in danger of disappearing or not keeping up the number of audience," she says.

"There were more than 300 Chinese opera styles that existed, but in the 21st century the government could only identify 162.It is building more theatres across the country and giving out free tickets to school students.

A popular reality television program, The Voice of China, even created a special series highlighting Yueju opera, which originated in the Zhejiang province and was later popularised in Shanghai.

Nuki smart lock 3.0 review: simple to fit and secure

In a world of technology where we can talk to our TVs, have our lights come on when we enter a room and vacuums that clean by themselves, it amazes me that we still use keys to open doors. Simple pieces of steel, cut with precision to fit into a lock and manually turn the mechanism – it's archaic. Smart locks are the simple solution to this. To get more news about bluetooth front door lock, you can visit securamsys.com official website.

Replacing your ancient technology (modern locks date back to the 18th century) with one of the best smart locks allows you to open your door using a range of options, from a simple keypad to an app or merely showing up to the door. It’s liberating, it’s mostly easier to operate and it’s actually more secure.

Nuki offers a range of smart locks that have two distinct advantages. Firstly, they can fit on almost any door, and install in minutes. And, secondly, thanks to their modular design, they can be very affordable. I tested the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0(opens in new tab) which retails at £149. This mounts on the inside of your door, replacing the turny bit that you’d normally bolt your door with. It’s designed to fit a wide range of door locks, and can even handle multi-point locks and locks that need a key to lock.
For my installation, I chose the Ultion Nuki Smart Lock kit(opens in new tab) which includes a Ultion 3 Star Plus cylinder, the Nuki Keypad and the Nuki Bridge to connect to my home network. The total came to £399, which is still significantly cheaper than some smart locks.
There’s an installation checker on the Nuki website to ensure that the smart lock will work on your lock, but in most cases, the answer is yes. I had what looked like a fairly non-standard bolt lock on my door, but the checker told me all would be fine if I also changed the cylinder for a compatible one.

For the actual installation process, I opted for the hands of a professional and used one of its installation partners but on most doors, you should be able to easily install it yourself – I would certainly be comfortable doing so, having watched this time. My new cylinder slid into place where the old one sat, and then rather than reattaching the back of the lock, the installer screwed the Nuki holder into place (or can also choose to use the strong adhesive but it is more difficult to take off again). The Nuki device then just clips into place, slotting the end of the cylinder into it.

Once the device is mounted on the door, you activate it via the Nuki app. This is a Bluetooth connection between your phone and the device, which connected easily for me. Once linked, the Smart Lock learns the movement of the lock, seeing how many turns it takes to fully extend the bolt, and then gives you a range of options, such as auto locking and a pin to access.

Installing the accessories is just as easy. The app lets you choose the accessory from the list, searches for it and then links it to your account. The keypad allows you to not only set a master code for entry but also set individual codes for users, as well as setting times for entry. This is handy if you want to give a code to a dog walker or cleaner – or family member.
In addition to the keypad, which can be easily stuck or screwed to a surface within Bluetooth range of your front door, I opted for the Bridge unit. While there is a Smart Lock 3.0 Pro which includes Wi-Fi, the standard model is Bluetooth only, so requires a bridge unit to connect to your smart home and unlock the door from more than a few metres away.

Like the keypad, the bridge is easy to set up, and will just then ask for your home network details to connect to the Wi-Fi once it is synced to your smart lock. If you want to do more than just use your phone or keypad to unlock your door, the bridge is very useful. Without it, you can’t open the door remotely, or control any of the other settings without being in range.

For the compatible cylinder, I had a modified version of the Ultion 3 Star Plus installed (this comes with the Smart Lock and Bridge for £379), which is a secure diamond lock and comes with a £2000 security guarantee. The keys for this are 60% thicker than standard keys and can only be duplicated with permission, once registered. Ultion also offers a KeyTag, which is a key that is compatible with Apple’s Find My, allowing it to be tracked and play a sound if lost.
Once the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 is set up there’s very little to worry about. When you reach the door, you can open the app on your phone and swipe to open the lock. Or you can set the auto-unlock function so that as soon as you’re in range, it will unlock automatically. Personally, I love having the keypad option, and use that for unlocking more than anything else. However, there is no zero key on the keypad, so you might need to rethink any standard passcodes you use.

One of my favourite features of the Smart Lock 3.0 is the auto-lock feature. You can set this for a range of times, after which the device will automatically lock itself. This is useful if you regularly forget to lock your door, which I used to do. And I know it won’t lock me out, as I still have the keypad outside to unlock it if I need it.

There’s a button on the Smart Lock which can be used to lock and unlock through a series of presses. You can also set it to smart mode so that a single press will change to the opposite state (lock when it’s unlocked or unlock when it’s locked).

The one thing I found is that particularly the unlocking process feels a little slow. It’s probably no more than about three seconds to lock or unlock, but when you’re rushing to open the door, that can feel like an age. While you can reduce the amount the lock turns in the optimisation, this will depend on your lock. Also, the motor itself is pretty loud. I’m constantly startled when I hear it auto-locking from the other side of the apartment. You certainly wouldn’t want to use it to sneak in late at night, as you’d probably wake someone up. Of course, it’s silent if you use the key, so there is that.
