Metal stamping, also referred to as metal pressing in some industries, is the process of creating two-dimensional metal components from a sheet of metal using a stamping tool or die. Raw pieces of unblemished sheet metal are fed through a stamping press and altered by the die to produce a high volume of identical components. Metal stamping is a quick process that can produce a high volume of identical components in a short amount of time.To get more news about metal stamping china, you can visit tenral.com official website.

Blanking involves cutting pieces out of a piece of sheet metal using a die. It creates clean components, or blanks, that can undergo further processing by the stamping press or other machinery.

Coining
During this process, a technician places a piece of metal between a die and punch in a stamping machine, and then uses the tip of the punch to penetrate the material and bend it. This process is repeated to relieve internal stresses throughout the component. When flexed, a coined material should not exhibit any spring-back effects.

Curling
Curling is a technique wherein a hollow and circular roll is introduced to the component. The curl is stronger than the rest of the component and safer to handle.

Drawing
Primarily used in the creation of electronic components, drawing is a process that uses tensile force to shape the component into a desired thickness and shape. During the drawing process, blanks are drawn over a die, slowly stretching them and manipulating them into a new structure.

Embossing
Blanks can be embossed by both raising and recessing the sheet metal components. Embossing is a process referring to the creation of recessions or protrusions in the component, which is achieved by passing the blank along a roller die or against a die with the desired shape.

RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Altria Group, Inc. (Altria) (NYSE: MO) announces today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized commercialization of the next generation of the IQOS tobacco heating system device, IQOS 3, in the U.S. FDA authorization follows review of the IQOS 3 Premarket Tobacco Product Application (PMTA) submitted by Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI). Philip Morris USA (PM USA), under an exclusive agreement with PMI, commercializes the IQOS system in the U.S. with three HeatStick variants. Unlike cigarettes, the IQOS system heats but does not burn tobacco. To get more news about Hitaste, you can visit hitaste.net official website.

IQOS 3 offers several enhancements to the IQOS 2.4 currently being sold in select U.S. markets, including a longer battery life, faster re-charging time, a side opening mechanism, and magnetic closure.

“Altria’s 10-year vision is to responsibly lead the transition of adult smokers to a non-combustible future. IQOS is a key part of that future and we’re excited to build on our first-mover advantage with the enhanced IQOS 3 device which has performed successfully in international markets,” said Jon Moore, President and Chief Executive Officer of PM USA.

IQOS is currently available in the Atlanta, Georgia, Richmond, Virginia and Charlotte, North Carolina markets. With PMTA authorization of IQOS 3, PM USA expects to begin quickly marketing the IQOS 3 device to U.S. adult smokers once the regulatory and U.S. importation logistics have been satisfied.

To secure market authorization under a PMTA, U.S. federal law obligates an applicant to demonstrate that marketing of a new tobacco product is appropriate for the protection of public health and requires the FDA to consider the risks and benefits to the population as a whole, including users and non-users of tobacco products. On July 7, 2020 the FDA authorized the marketing of the IQOS 2.4 tobacco heating system as a modified risk tobacco product with a reduced exposure claim. IQOS 2.4 is the first next-generation inhalable tobacco product to be authorized as a modified risk tobacco product. The IQOS 3 PMTA authorization is independent of the MRTP authorization for the IQOS 2.4 device. PMI expects to file a MRTP application with the FDA for IQOS 3 seeking authorization of a reduced exposure claim.

After five years of planning, a pandemic and a failed kidnapping, the He Art Museum, China’s buzziest new private arts venue in Guangdong province, is finally welcoming visitors. To get more china art news, you can visit shine news official website.

Initially delayed by the COVID-19 outbreak, which scuttled its planned mid-March unveiling, it was then almost derailed by a June kidnapping attempt on the founders of the Midea electronics empire – 78-year-old He Xiangjian and his son, the museum’s founder 55-year-old He Jianfeng – at a nearby villa complex. But with the drama behind them and China one of the countries currently least-affected by the coronavirus, the He Art Museum [HEM] opened its doors in the southern city of Foshan in October – during China’s National Day.

Shao Shu, executive director of HEM, told Al Jazeera that the He family hopes the venue can showcase a balance between Chinese, Lingnan – roughly Cantonese – and Western artistic cultures and further develop art and culture in the family’s hometown; a city better known at the moment for its vast factory-scapes than for art.“HEM would like to turn private enjoyment into public pleasure,” he said.

The family commissioned world-renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando to design the glass-walled concrete building, which was inspired partly by the region’s traditional earthen roundhouses.Tucked away behind trees – opposite Midea’s headquarters and a small building housing offices, restaurants and high-end tea shops – the 16,000 square metre (172,223 square feet) structure includes two sweeping staircases spiralling around a light-filled central courtyard that forms the heart of the museum.
The venue has begun to showcase pieces from the family’s own collection, built up over the past 10 years and including about 500 works, three-quarters of them either Chinese traditional or contemporary art and the remainder from the west.

The opening exhibition, curated by Feng Boyi, is called Mundane World featuring scenes and materials from daily life – coloured box rooms full of light fixtures and a “mundane canteen” filled with artifacts from Shunde culinary traditions. Other rooms include sculptures ranging from a set of large tractor-like wheels made of everyday materials by artist Yin Xiuzhen, to an installation by Palestinian artist Mona Hatoum – a world map made from clear glass marbles that fills the floor.

There are also several rooms of Lingnan art pieces featuring snowy landscapes and water buffalo. From the HEM collection itself is the impressive PixCell Deer by Kohei Nawa, built out of clear and golden glass bubbles and other materials, it stands on its own as visitors turn a corner between gallery rooms. The museum adds to the growing number of private and publicly financed art museums in China as the country stakes its claim to become a global cultural powerhouse.
In the past 40 years, the number of art museums in China has ballooned from just a few hundred to more than 5,000, according to statistics from China’s National Cultural Heritage Administration.

“From my perspective, museum growth – both public and private sector – is an exciting development and good for enriching community, culture, education, and civic pride,” Meg Maggio, director of Pekin Fine Arts gallery in Beijing and Hong Kong, told Al Jazeera from Boston.

A larger number of Chinese celebrities expressed support on Thursday for a nationalistic backlash against foreign-owned consumer goods brands that have expressed concern over the human rights situation in China’s Xinjiang Province. At least 40 Chinese stars canceled high-profile, lucrative sponsorship contracts. To get more chinese entertainment news, you can visit shine news official website.

Among them were Zhou Dongyu and Jackson Yee, the stars of the best foreign picture Oscar nominee “Better Days,” “Mulan” star Liu Yifei, and the actor Song Dandan, the stepmother of “Nomadland” director, the Chinese-born Academy Award frontrunner Chloe Zhao.

The controversy has plunged China’s entertainment industry squarely into the firestorm over alleged human rights abuses in Xinjiang. Beijing denies there is abuse, but U.S. officials and leading figures in other democracies have recently described activities in Xinjiang as a “genocide.”The furor highlights the real and escalating difficulties that companies and artists must face when attempting to straddle the divide between the political requirements of accessing China’s enormous market and the humanitarian expectations of the public and media in other jurisdictions.

The jingoistic firestorm broke out Wednesday, just days after the U.S., the E.U., Britain and Canada announced a rare set of coordinated sanctions against Chinese officials over their policies in Xinjiang. Beijing retaliated by imposing even harsher sanctions on the E.U. in return. It added sanctions against U.K. officials on Thursday.

Weibo users dug up an old, since-deleted 2020 statement from H&M in which the Swedish retailer stated that it was “deeply concerned” by reports of forced labor and discrimination against ethnoreligious minorities in Xinjiang. It was working to “reduce exposure” there due to the “risk of labor rights abuses… until conditions for credible due diligence are in place,” according to a cached version.

Following Weibo users’ nationalistic criticisms, China’s propaganda apparatus and other official state organs fanned the flames by calling for a boycott.

“On the one hand you spread rumors and boycott Xinjiang cotton, and on the other want to make money in China? Wishful thinking!” the Communist Youth League’s social media account posted, as hashtags and search terms related to the issue began racking up billions of views, dominating the Weibo trending search charts.

Within hours, actor Huang Xuan — who recently appeared in “Wuhai,” which won the FIPRESCI prize at San Sebastian last year, and the new hit TV show “Minning Town” — announced that he would terminate all sponsorship contracts with H&M. He was soon followed by fellow brand ambassador Victoria Song Qian, the singer-actor who debuted as part of the K-pop group f(X).

Huang accused H&M of a “human rights smear campaign,” and stated via his studio that he “resolutely opposes any attempt to discredit the country and its human rights practices in any form.”By evening, Chinese web users noticed that H&M had been wiped from Alibaba’s e-commerce platform and even literally from the map, with its stores unsearchable on Chinese map apps.

On Thursday, boycott threats had spread to other brands that have previously said they do not source products or yarn from Xinjiang. Most are part of the Better Cotton Initiative, an industry group that promotes sustainable cotton. They include Nike, Adidas, Burberry, Converse, New Balance, and Phillips-Van Heusen, which runs Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, among others, All were labeled as “malicious backstabbers” by the Communist Party mouthpiece, the People’s Daily.

“Chinese people do not allow some foreigners to eat Chinese food while smashing Chinese bowls,” Chinese foreign ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said Thursday, warning foreign companies to follow the Communist Party’s rules.

Beijing denies that forced labor is occurring in Xinjiang and strictly censors information about the “re-education camps” there, which the United Nations has expressed concerned are sites of arbitrary detention, ill-treatment, and sexual violence.
