The Yohimbine powder tree is a tall evergreen native to Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon and the Congo. Yohimbe bark extract contains the zactive chemical yohimbine, also known as indole alkaloid.* Promotes sexual health* Dilates blood vessels and stimulates the nerve endings of the genitals* Improves sexual performance* Aphrodisiac for men and women* Antioxidant properties* Yohimbine works by widening blood vessels and increasing blood flow in the body. It is also thought to increase fatty acid mobilization. Yohimbe stimulates the central nervous system by causing the body to produce more noradrenaline. Nitric oxide levels are also increased which dilates the blood vessels. The combination of both increased blood flow and energy contribute to yohimbine HCl's effectiveness as an aphrodisiac.*

What You Need to Know About Yohimbe

We all need help mustering up the energy to get through our workouts from time to time. This is especially true when you’re deep in the throes of contest prep and you’re working hard to shed that last bit of extra fat before you step on stage.

During these times, it helps to have a pre–workout supplement on hand that can also tackle fat–burning. If you’re in the market for a pre–workout women and men can both use that checks these boxes, you ought to look for one with Yohimbine hydrochloride powder,Yohimbine HCL powder,Yohimbine powder.

Never heard of Yohimbe before? It may not be as common as some other compounds found in pre–workout supplements, but that doesn’t mean it’s without merit.

There are a lot of ingredients found in pre–workout supplements that are of, shall we say, dubious provenance. Yohimbe is definitely not one of them. Everything you need to know about Yohimbe — from how it works to the science backing up its usage — is explained below.

What is Yohimbe?
Yohimbe comes from the Yohimbe tree, which is an evergreen tree found in central and western Africa. Yohimbe contains a substance known as yohimbine. Yohimbine is an alkaloid that has a bitter taste and can contribute to a wide range of chemical reactions in the body.

Many bodybuilding and weight loss supplements contain yohimbine in one of two forms: Yohimbe bark extract or yohimbine HCl.

Yohimbe bark extract is a concentrated, powdered form of the Yohimbe tree’s bark. Yohimbine HCL, on the other hand, is an isolated version of the yohimbine molecule, which is extracted from Yohimbe bark and paired with hydrochloric acid. Both sources of yohimbine can have a powerful impact on the body.

How Does it Work?
Yohimbe works by stimulating the sympathetic nervous system. The sympathetic nervous system is part of your body’s autonomic nervous system (the system responsible for controlling unconscious processes like heart rate, respiratory rate, pupillary response, and digestion).

When the sympathetic nervous system is stimulated, the body’s “fight or flight” response is activated. This, in turn, triggers the release of neurotransmitters known as catecholamines. The two catecholamines that play a significant role in the fight or flight response are adrenaline (or epinephrine) and noradrenaline (or norepinephrine).

When these catecholamines are released into the bloodstream, you become more alert and your body temperature and blood pressure increase. Essentially, your body springs into action and becomes prepared to take on whatever obstacles may be in your way.

Triggering the fight or flight response and the release of catecholamines isn’t just about fending off potential threats, though. The catecholamines your body releases in response to sympathetic nervous system stimulation also bind with special receptors in your fat cells (these are known as alpha–2 adrenergic receptors). When this happens, fat burning effects can occur.

Flibanserin hydrochloride powder (INN, USAN), sold under the trade name Addyi, is a medication approved for the treatment of pre-menopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD).The medication increases the number of satisfying sexual events per month by about one half to one over placebo from a starting point of about two to three.

Flibanserin ( Addyi ) is a new drug being investigated for the prevention of HSDD in woman. HSDD, is a relatively new term developed to describe Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder which basically means a woman whose is otherwise healthy has a lacking libido, or a lack of sexual desire. Studies show that about 10-20% of women face this problem and some say HSDD outnumbers men with sexual problems.Flibanserin is classified as a 5-HT serotonin receptor agonist and a dopamine D4 receptor partial agonist. It is a Non-Hormonal agent that in essence increases dopamine and noradrenalin while reducing Serotonin in the brain. This in return seemingly has a positive effect on a woman's sexual craving who was otherwise lacking in this area. The benefits of it being Non-Hormonal are that it will not have the problems associated with other hormonal treatments such as a negative altered mood among other issues.

Medical use:

Flibanserin is used for hypoactive sexual desire disorder among women. Those receiving flibanserin report a 0.5 increase compared to placebo in the number of times they had "satisfying sexual events". In those on flibanserin it rose from 2.8 to 4.5 times a month while women receiving placebo reported also an increase of "satisfying sexual events" from 2.7 to 3.7 times a month. The onset of the flibanserin effect was seen from the first timepoint measured after 4 weeks of treatment and maintained throughout the treatment period.
Dosage:
(1) Recommended dosage is 100 mg taken once daily at bedtime.

Flibanserin hydrochloride powder, is a medication approved for the treatment of pre-menopausal women withhypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD). The medication increases the number of satisfying sexual events per month by about one half over placebo from a starting point of about two to three. The certainty of the estimate is low. The side effects of dizziness, sleepiness, and nausea occur about three to four times more often.

Flibanserin is a new drug being investigated for the prevention of HSDD in woman. HSDD, is a relatively new term developed to describe Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder which basically means a woman whose is otherwise healthy has a lacking libido, or a lack of sexual desire. The effectiveness of flibanserin was evaluated in three phase 3 clinical trials. Each of the three trials had two co-primary endpoints, one for satisfying sexual events (SSEs) and the other for sexual desire. Each of the 3 trials also had a secondary endpoint that measured distress related to sexual desire. All three trials showed that flibanserin produced an increase in the number of SSEs and reduced distress related to sexual desire. The first two trials used an electronic diary to measure sexual desire, and did not find an increase. These two trials also measured sexual desire using the Female Sexual Function index (FSFI) as a secondary endpoint, and an increase was observed using this latter measure. The FSFI was used as the co-primary endpoint for sexual desire in the third trial, and again showed a statistically significant increase.

CAPE (Caffeic acid phenethyl ester powder) is a constituent of the propolis of honeybee hives and has been shown to contain inhibitory effects on induced papilloma promotion in mice. Studies have shown that CAPE acts as an anti-proliferative agent in over-productive cell growth. It is also shown that CAPE can cause DNA fragmentation and apoptosis which can have toxic results towards cloned rat embryo fibroblast (CREF) cells. In addition, CREF cells depleted of cellular glutathione (GSH) seemed to be more sensitive to CAPE-induced cell death.

CAPE has been reported to have anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory properties. CAPE also inhibits HIV-1 integrase. The anti-inflammatory characteristics have been thought to be due to suppression of the lipoxygenase pathway of arachidonic acid metabolism by CAPE. Studies have also demonstrated CAPE to be a specific and potent inhibitor of activation of nuclear transcription factor NF kappa B, which is a protein complex that controls the transcription of DNA. CAPE (Caffeic Acid Phenethylester) is an inhibitor of ODC and Tyrosine Kinase.

Cardiovascular Support! Free Radical Scavenger!

Pterostilbene powder is a naturally occurring polyphenol that is closely related to Resveratrol and has a similar biological activity. Pterostilbene, however, is more readily absorbed and utilized by the body. Emerging research suggests that Pterostilbene may support cardiovascular health, may help to maintain proper cell cycle regulation, and can promote a healthy response to cellular stress. NOW uses all-trans Pterostilbene, which has been clinically evaluated for its superior bioavailability, plus 250 mg trans-Resveratrol is added as a natural complement to Pterostilbene's metabolic activities.

Cosmetic Peptide Dermorphin CAS 77614-16-5 Dermorphin Powder

DERMORPHIN ACETATE powder,DERMORPHIN powder is not found in humans or other mammals and similar D-amino acid peptides have only been found inbacteria, amphibians and molluscs.Dermorphin appears to be made in these through an unusual posttranslational modification carried out by an amino acid isomerase. This unusual process is needed because the D-alanine in this peptide is not among the 20 amino acids coded for in the genetic code and thus the peptide cannot be synthesized in the usual way from the encodings in the genome of an organism
