VAR, refers to Video Assistant Referee. In 2018 World Cup, with this new technology, the final appeared loads of penalties and which delayed celebrations and iconic moments when the referee spent five minutes watching a replay on a telly on the side of the pitch. And it is naturally that VAR has became a controversial tech after the World Cup. Recently, EA Sports gave a definite announce that VAR will not make an appearance infifa coins. But it do not deny the possibility in the future.

With regard to the reasons why EA Sports do not bring VAR to FIFA 19, there are a couple of reasons for this, according to creative director Matt Prior. The first and the most obvious one is that since this is a video game, the game already knows where the ball, the players, their hands, and so on. And decisions about awards and penalties are based on these information. “There is no uncertainty or scope for human error here.” When speaking to Eurogamer about the omission of the feature from the game, creative director Matt Prior pointed out as much. “We technically have VAR in the game because we know the pinpoint location of everything,” he said. FIFA automatically decides what is and isn't a foul as soon as a collision takes place, too.

The on-pitch referee running up to the player and giving them a telling off or dishing out a card or awarding a penalty is just for show. Penalties are determined at the point of contact and, while fouls can often feel like the wrong decision when you're playing, the game cannot get the place of the foul wrong. So, there would be no point using VAR to work out, for example, whether a foul occurs inside or outside the box, as FIFA can't be wrong on that. And thanks to the way the game is coded, you’ll never be able to score an offside goal or be awarded a penalty for a foul outside of the box, for example.

However, Prior didn’t rule out the possibility of VAR coming to the series in the future – should the technology become an essential fabric to the game. “There’s still a learning process of how ultimately it levels out to how it’s used,” he said. “There’s a grey area. But it’s definitely something we’ll monitor. If it becomes part of the footballing fabric to the point where it feels weird that it isn’t in a regular game, even if we don’t need it, then it’s something we can look at introducing. So that is to say, there is also a scope for VAR to be added into FIFA Series in future.Want to buy FIFA Coins from www.fifacoinsbuy.com

Kenya deports Chinese man over racist rant The man, indentified as Liu Jiaqi, was captured in a video calling all Kenyans, including President Uhuru Kenyatta, "monkeys".To get more China news, you can visit shine news official website.

Mr Liu and his representatives have yet to comment on the situation. The authorities have revoked his work permit and say he was arrested after making racist remarks. An employee filmed Mr Liu, who is a motorcycle trader, saying that he disliked Kenya because it "smells bad and [its people are] poor, foolish and black". When the employee asked why he wanted to stay in the country, the trader said he was only there to make money. Police arrested him hours after the video was circulated online on 5 September.

When was he filmed? Mr Liu appeared to be threatening to fire an employee in the three-minute video, which according to the Chinese embassy was filmed in June. When the employee asked why he was being targeted, Mr Liu said it was because the employee was Kenyan. Mr Liu then launched into an offensive diatribe about why he disliked the country and its people. "All the Kenyans [are] like a monkey, even Uhuru Kenyatta," Mr Liu said. Nairobi's Chinese embassy spokesperson, Zhang Gang, told AFP that Mr Liu "has already been punished by his company for his wrongdoing and apologised to his Kenyan colleague".

"The personal talk and personal feeling of this young man does not represent the views of the vast majority of Chinese people," he said. Why was he deported? In a tweet the immigration department said that he had been arrested "due to his racism remarks". But it is unclear whether the immigration department can deport someone on grounds of racism.Yes. It is the first case of someone being deported but there have been other allegations of racism. In 2015, the owner of a Chinese restaurant in Nairobi was arrested after public outrage over the restaurant's alleged policy of banning African customers at night.

The owner was charged with operating without a liquor licence and failing to meet public health standards, but nothing to do with racism, our reporter says.Kenyan employees of the much vaunted Chinese-operated Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) project have also alleged wage discrimination and mistreatment. It included an "unwritten rule" that Kenyan workers do not sit at the same table as the Chinese staff at the canteen, the Kenyan daily The Standard reports.China has invested millions of dollars into Kenya in recent years, including the SGR railway project which links the capital, Nairobi, to the coast.

President Kenyatta was in Beijing earlier this week to take part in the China-Africa cooperation summit where he said: "Kenya appreciates China's demonstrated commitment in supporting Kenya's development goals." News of Mr Liu's potential deportation came a day after police in Nairobi raided the African headquarters of China Global Television Network (CGTN) as part of a crackdown on illegal immigrants. Several journalists were briefly detained but released after their papers were found to be in order. The Chinese embassy said it would express its concern through diplomatic channels after several incidents in which its nationals with legal documents were hauled into police stations, AFP reports.

Shanghai stock exchange cracks down on share-backed loans by controlling stakeholders The Shanghai stock exchange is cracking down on shareholders with controlling stakes in companies who pledge a high percentage of their holdings as collateral for financing, the China Securities Journal said on Friday, without citing sources.Find the shanghai stock market news, photos, videos and featured stories on Shine News.

SHINE provides trusted national and world news as well as local and regional perspectives. The practice has prompted regulatory concern that a sharp fall in share prices could lead to a sudden change in the controlling shareholders of firms, which could consequently destabilise the market. The newspaper said the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has asked controlling shareholders to disclose the share-backed loans they've taken out and to take measures to avoid a credit crisis.

In some cases, they have assisted investors in share disposals in "a safe way"For these companies, the SSE has delivered regulatory work letters to the relevant controlling shareholder and asked such investors to set aside funds to mitigate associated risks. The SSE also looked into whether controlling shareholders had misdirected funds or breached guarantees, and initiated disciplinary procedures for a group of offenders. The exchange is also finalising new disclosure requirements on share pledges that will require the publication of associated credit arrangements, the paper said.

Today, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary determination that imports of common alloy alumina board from China are benefiting from unfair government subsidies in connection with the agency’s on-going countervailing duty investigation. As a result, the agency will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”) to require U.S. importers of common alloy aluminum sheet from China to deposit estimated countervailing duties at the time of importation.

“The Aluminum Association and its members are pleased with the Commerce Department’s preliminary findings of subsidies and commend Secretary Ross’s leadership in self-initiating this investigation to vigorously enforce the U.S. trade laws,” said Heidi Brock, President and CEO of the Aluminum Association. “This is an important first step to begin restoring a level playing field for U.S. aluminum sheet production. Products that are subsidized by the Chinese government and sold at unfairly and unlawfully low prices create imbalance in a market where the most competitive producers of common alloy sheet – particularly producers in the United States – are at a significant disadvantage.”

Based on information gathered to date, the Commerce Department calculated preliminary subsidy margins ranging from 31.20 to 113.30 percent of the value of the imported common alloy aluminum sheet. In particular, the Commerce Department calculated subsidy margins of 34.99 and 31.20 percent, respectively, for Henan Mingtai Al Industrial Co., Ltd. and its affiliates and Yong Jie New Material Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, which the Department selected for mandatory, company-specific investigation.

Heidi Brock, president & CEO of the Aluminum Association, issued the following statement today following the Congressional alucobond panel thickness Caucus briefing with Department of Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross.

“We appreciate the Congressional Aluminum Caucus’ continued support for the U.S. aluminum industry. Our members are grateful to have leaders in Congress who help ensure that the views of the industry’s plants and people are heard. The Aluminum Association and its member companies continue to call on Secretary Ross and the administration for a final Section 232 remedy that addresses its national security goals while also supporting a thriving domestic aluminum industry. To that end, we are calling for permanent, quota-free tariff exemptions for all countries designated as market economies and for immediate government-to-government negotiations with China to address persistent aluminum overcapacity.

oday, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary determination that imports of common alloy alucobond cladding price from China are being sold at less than fair value (or “dumped”) in the United States. As a result, the agency will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”) to require U.S. importers of common alloy aluminum sheet from China to deposit estimated antidumping duties at the time of import.

“The association and its member companies that produce common alloy aluminum sheet are very pleased with this finding that again underscores the Commerce Department’s commitment to combatting unfair trade,” said Heidi Brock, President and CEO of the Aluminum Association. “For too long, the Government of China has been unfairly and illegally subsidizing its aluminum industry, leading to massive market overcapacity and challenging producers across the value chain. Today’s action by the Commerce Department is exactly the kind of strong, targeted trade enforcement we need in support of the rules-based global trading system.”

Based on information gathered to date, the Commerce Department calculated preliminary antidumping margins of 91.47 percent of the value of the imported aluminum sheet. In particular, the Commerce Department calculated an antidumping margin of 91.47 percent for Henan Mingtai Al Industrial Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, which the Department selected for mandatory investigation. In addition, the Commerce Department relied on the antidumping margin calculated for Henan Mingtai Al Industrial, Co., Ltd. to establish the antidumping margins for Nanjie Resources Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang GKO Aluminum Stock Co., Ltd., two other companies selected for mandatory investigation, on the basis of adverse facts available. The Commerce Department also calculated an antidumping margin of 91.47 percent for companies that cooperated with the agency’s investigation and requested separate rate status, but were not individually investigated. Finally, the Department preliminarily established an antidumping margin of 91.47 percent for all other Chinese producers and exporters that did not participate in the Department’s investigation.*

In a letter to Treasury Department Under Secretary David Malpass, the alu alu foil manufacturers in korea called on the Trump administration to address China’s structural aluminum overcapacity when meeting with Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce Wang Shouwen this week. Malpass will lead the U.S. delegation in trade talks with China in Washington on August 22 and 23.

Illegal government subsidies in China for both primary aluminum and semi-fabricated aluminum products have resulted in significant overcapacity in the market, hurting U.S. workers and threatening the industry’s continued health. Chinese smelters can now make nearly 11 million more metric tons of primary aluminum than China actually consumes. This excess capacity alone is equal to nearly all U.S. aluminum demand. Subsidized overcapacity further downstream has driven a 230 percent spike in Chinese imports of semi-fabricated aluminum into the U.S. since 2012.

In the letter, Aluminum Association president & CEO Heidi Brock said, “Now that the United States has recognized the issue of overcapacity and is pursuing tangible commitments from China to address longstanding issues, we see a unique window of opportunity for the U.S. government to comprehensively address the persistent problem of Chinese aluminum overcapacity. With so many policymakers acknowledging the problem since the announcement of the 232 tariffs, now is the time to act on this issue impacting our growth in the United States and across global markets.”

Hydro Extrusions is able in some locations to produce the non-heat-treatable 1xxx series of aluminum alloy in extruded sections with a purity of at least 99.0% aluminum for alloy 1100 up to 99.6% for 1060 aluminum. 1060 aluminum alloy price is a relatively low strength, high purity alloy with a 99.6% minimum aluminum content. It is noted for its excellent welding characteristics and formability along with good corrosion resistance. It has excellent forming capability by cold or hot working with commercial techniques and may be welded by standard commercial methods.
The entire 1xxx alloy group displays excellent forming, welding, brazing and finishing characteristics, and can easily be impacted, cold drawn, deep drawn and bent into various configurations. The characteristics of alloy 1060 make it ideal for chemical and food handling equipment, as well as for food, pharmaceutical and liquid containers.

In addition to alloy 1060, common alloys in this series available from some Hydro locations include 1050, 1100 and 1350, all of which can be extruded as profiles, rod, bar and tubing:

•Alloy 1050 is known for its good corrosion resistance, formability, weldability, ductility and highly reflective finish. It’s a popular grade for general sheet metal work where moderate strength is required. Alloy 1050 is typically used for food industry containers, architectural flashings, cable sheathing and chemical process plant equipment.
•Alloy 1100, although slightly stronger than alloy 1060, shares some of the same applications, plus fin stock, spun hollowware, impacted fire extinguisher bottles and tubing. This alloy contains slight additions of silicon, iron, and copper for strength.
•Alloy 1350 is used primarily for electrical conductors, and -H111 temper exhibits the highest electrical conductivity of all extruded aluminum conductor grades, meeting or exceeding 61.0% IACS.
Hydro Extrusions is part of Norsk Hydro, the world’s largest aluminum company. We offer a complete selection of rod, bar, pipe and tube aluminum products, structural angles, channels, tees, zees, H-beams and I-beams, in a comprehensive range of standard and custom shapes, up to 22.5” circle size.

Aluminum extrusion produces solid, semi-hollow and hollow shapes that have dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality and can range in size from one millimeter to several feet long. Color, texture and luster of extrusions can be altered in a variety of ways, including anodizing, painting and powder coating. This makes extrusion profiles indispensible in virtually all commercial, industrial and consumer markets.
