INDIANAPOLIS -- This time, Ryan Tannehill was the one celebrating in Indianapolis. Mason Crosby Packers Jersey . And Miamis defence had Andrew Luck fuming. The Dolphins second-year quarterback matched his counterpart virtually throw-for-throw Sunday. Tannehill did a better job managing his teams offence in the second half and cheered his defence after it thwarted yet another Colts comeback bid to hold on for a 24-20 victory. "Its nice to win and thats the important thing no matter who we are going against. Its nice to win," Tannehill said. "I think he (Luck) did a good job, I dont really know what his numbers were, but from what I saw, he did a great job of moving around the pocket, but the defence really stepped up and made a play when it counted." Tannehill was just better Sunday. It was a stark contrast from a year ago, when the two first-round draft picks met as rookies. Luck stole the show that day by throwing for an NFL rookie record 433 yards and two scores as he delivered a three-point win. In Sundays meeting, with a chance to show everyone how much he and the Dolphins (2-0) had progressed, Tannehill was the winner. While the two quarterbacks finished with similar numbers -- Tannehill was 23 of 34 for 319 yards and one touchdown, while Luck was 25 of 43 for 321 yards and one TD -- the difference came down to managing mistakes. Tannehill lost a third down fumble at his 39 in the third quarter, but all the Colts could get was a go-ahead field goal. Luck, however, stopped one fourth-quarter scoring chance by forcing a deep throw to Reggie Wayne that was picked off by Brent Grimes in the end zone. Luck had a chance to make amends after driving the Colts (1-1) to the Miami 23-yard line with 1:45 left in the game. Miami, however, forced three straight incompletions and refused to allow the suddenly elusive Luck to escape the pass rush on fourth down. All Tannehill had to do then was pick up one first down, kneel down once and shake hands with the guy hes been following since they were Texas high school stars. Luck, who has engineered eight fourth-quarter comebacks in 18 games, blamed himself for the loss. "I guess Im a little angry at myself," Luck said. "Again, credit to them, they put us in all these situations, but I feel like we are a better team than what we showed out there." The Dolphins, meanwhile, couldnt have been happier. They started fast, jumping to a 14-3 lead after two possessions, rallied twice and shut down the Colts when they needed, too. High-priced free-agent Mike Wallace was a little happier with his performance Sunday, finishing with nine receptions for 115 yards and one touchdown a week after making only one catch in his Miami debut. Lamar Miller averaged nearly 5 yards per carry, running 14 times for 69 yards and a touchdown. Charles Clay had five catches for 109 yards and only one carry -- a 1-yard TD run with 4:40 left in the third quarter, which turned out to be the games decisive score and stood up to a replay review. That, and a staunch defence late was enough for the Dolphins to hold on. "You have to be balanced to win football games. You cant really win a football game by just throwing the whole game," Wallace said. "You have to mix it up." The Dolphins didnt shy away from trading jabs, especially after Indy piled up 315 yards of offence in the first half, their highest first-half total in seven years. The Colts finished with 438 yards, but couldnt put Miami away after taking a 17-14 lead in the first half and a 20-17 lead early in the third quarter after Tannehills fumble. But Miami made all the big plays after that -- the 34-yard completion from Tannehill to Wallace that set up Clays rushing score, the third down conversions to keep Luck & Co. off the field and the two big fourth-quarter stops. "Our guys wanted to play them, we wanted to compete," Miami coach Joe Philbin said. "They were ready for a 60-minute game and we knew we would have to make some plays to win." Notes: Indy lost left guard Donald Thomas in the first quarter with a torn quad tendon that is likely to end his season. The Colts also played the second half without Darius Heyward-Bey, who injured his ribs. ... The Dolphins snapped a four-game losing streak in this series. ... Luck had the NFLs longest active streak with 165 straight passes without an interception before Grimes picked him off. ... Miami scored 14 points in the first quarter for the first time since 2011, a span of 25 games. ... T.Y. Hilton had a career-high 124 yards receiving on six catches for Indy. Eddie Lacy Jersey . Joining Wilson and Dawson on the list is Green Bay Packers linebacker Julius Peppers as the top trio recognized for last weekends performances. Wilson fueled his clubs 27-17 win over the Washington Redskins on Monday night by completing 18-of-24 attempts for 201 yards and a pair of touchdowns while adding 122 yards rushing. The Wisconsin product became the first player to amass at least 200 yards passing and 100 on the ground in the history of Monday Night Football. Mike Neal Jersey. Dawson accounted for 16 total points (five field goals, one extra point) in San Franciscos 22-17 victory over Kansas City last Sunday. He became the first 49ers kicker to finish a game at least 5-for-5 on field-goal tries since Jeff Wilkins on Sept. 29, 1996 against Atlanta. Peppers, who is the only player in league history to accumulate at least 100 sacks with at least 10 interceptions, racked up three tackles, a half-sack and returned a pick 49 yards for a touchdown in the Packers 42-10 demolition of Minnesota this past Thursday. Wholesale Jerseys China ' ' '

Lundqvist made 37 saves in his first start in four games, and Mats Zuccarello had a goal and two assists in the Rangers 4-3 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning on Sunday night. "Sometimes its a good thing to get a lot of work," Lundqvist said. "Theres been a lot of games where Ive been waiting for shots, and then theres been some odd-man rushes or breakaways, and its been hard to really get the game going. "A game like this definitely helps you to work on your positioning and a lot of different things, so Im pleased with the win and the way I played." Lundqvist watched from the bench as backup Cam Talbot started the previous three games, winning two, after Lundqvist struggled through a 1-4-2 stretch. "He played a real strong game, gave us a chance to win, especially in the third when they had a real strong push and they were tough to handle," Rangers coach Alain Vigneault said. "He had some huge saves to make, and he did." Rick Nash, Chris Kreider and Benoit Pouliot also scored for the Rangers, who had three power-play goals. Ryan McDonagh and Derick Brassard had two assists each. Tampa Bay got goals from Tyler Johnson, Ondrej Palat and Valtteri Filppula. Nash snapped his seven-game goal drought to put the Rangers up 1-0 just 4:30 into the game. Derek Stepan set up the goal after stealing a pass by Lightning defenceman Radko Gudas. Zuccarello got the Rangers even at 2 during a power play when his pass into the low slot deflected off Gudas into the net at 18:25. The centre assisted on goals by Kreider and Pouliot. "I dont think Ive seen us mismanage the puck more," Tampa Bay coach Jon Cooper said. "That was painful to watch, to be honest." A week off did nothing to mellow the tension between Simon Pagenaud and Will Power stemming from contact between the two at Long Beach.Shaun Alexander Seahawks Jersey . Pagenaud refused to accept an apology from Power following the April 13 race in which Pagenaud was spun from behind by the Australian. Although Pagenaud rallied to finish fifth, he said the contact from Power ruined his chance to race for the win. Now, as IndyCar heads to Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama for Sundays race, Pagenaud says his feelings toward Power have not changed. "Im still disappointed in his action, although I understand racing can be tough sometimes," Pagenaud said. "Its a shame. It really ruined my race. I guess he set the tone for the rest of the season. Were going to be racing hard against each other." Power was publicly remorseful at Long Beach, and understood Pagenuads frustration. At a test at Texas Motor Speedway three days after the race, he chalked it up to a racing incident. "Its going to happen all year between people. You just need to kind of forget about it and move on," Power said. Power won the season-opening race at St. Petersburg, was second at Long Beach and heads into Barber leading the IndyCar standings. Pagenaud finished fifth in each of the first two races, and is third in the standings. "Im pleased, actually, that were that high up in the championship to be chasing him," Pagenaud said. "Thats what Im going to do. Im going to try to be racing hard. Ill try to be as clean as I can be." But, the Frenchman acknowledged hes confused right now about what IndyCar race control will tolerate on the track. Many believe Power should have been penalized for the contact with Pagenaud, but IndyCar took no action. "We are racers. We all want to win. We all try to get into a gap thats sometimes too small. There needs to be some regulation sometimes that tells us what we can or cannot do," Pagenaud said. "Right now, to be very honest with you, I dont know whats allowed or what is not allowed. Its still a very grey area. "Im hopeful that it will be fixed for Barber and we will have a much better understanding." If race control doesnt offer guidance before Sundays race? "Its going to get pretty crazy pretty quick," Pagenaud warned. Kevin Pierre-Louis Seahawks Jersey . CHAPEL HILL, N. NHL Jerseys China .C. -- P.J. Hairstons career is over at North Carolina. The school said Friday that it wont seek Hairstons reinstatement from the NCAA after the junior committed several rule violations. Hairston hasnt played all season while the school and NCAA worked to resolve eligibility questions, many stemming from the use of cars linked to a felon and party promoter in Durham earlier this year. Hairston has practiced with the team and has been on the bench for home games. The NCAA cleared senior Leslie McDonald to return earlier this week after he missed the first nine games due to receiving improper benefits in a related case. In a statement, UNC coach Roy Williams said he was "extremely disappointed" for Hairston, his family and team. "P.J. made mistakes and I was very disappointed by his actions and now he is suffering the very difficult consequences," Williams said. "He is not a bad kid. He just made some mistakes." Hairston led the team in scoring last year at about 15 points per game while shooting 40 per cent from 3-point range. The 6-foot-5 swingman decided to return for his junior season instead of entering the NBA draft in the spring, but ultimately never made it back on the court for the Tar Heels. Authorities twice cited him during the off-season while driving rental vehicles linked to Haydn Patrick "Fats" Thomas of Durham to raise the possibility of an improper benefits violation. The schools announcement didnt spell out the specific violations, only that there were several. "Unfortunately P.J. made a number of mistakes that placed his eligibility at risk and the universitys joint review with the NCAA made it clear that seeking reinstatement from P.J. would not be possible," athletic director Bubba Cunningham said in a statement. "The university thanks him for his contributions to Carolina Basketball." The No. 14 Tar Heels are coming off an 86-83 home loss to Texas, though McDonald scored 15 points and hit four 3-pointers in his return to the lineup. North Carolina plays Davidson on Saturday. NHL Jerseys Wholesale . -- Canadian freestyle skier Roz Groenewoud isnt letting surgery to both of her knees deter her expectations for the Sochi Olympics. Cheap NHL Jerseys China . -- Derek Jeter spoke for 25 minutes, 44 seconds and answered 26 questions about his decision to retire at the end of this season.TORONTO -- Brayden Point is banking on the second time being the charm. The Moose Jaw Warriors forward is again at the Canadian under-18 national hockey teams training camp. Last year as an under-age player he was with the squad through its final exhibition game in Sochi, Russia -- scoring twice in regulation and once in a shootout in a 5-4 victory over Czech Republic -- before being released and returning home. Adding insult to injury for Point, the Canadians went on to win the tournament for the third time overall but first since 2008. Canadas victory also snapped the United States run of four straight gold medal finishes. "It (being released) was tough but it was an older team and there was a lot of good players," Point said following Mondays practice at the Mastercard Centre. "I understood and was just thankful to get the experience. "Meeting the Hockey Canada guys and getting to know them over the course of the trip last year was great so now its a lot more comfortable and I feel a lot more confident." The five-foot-nine, 160-pound Point was the Warriors leading scorer this year with 91 points (26 goals, 55 assists). He played in all 72 of his teams games and finished the season with an impressive 12-game point streak. The 18-year-old Calgary native has recorded 149 points (61-88) in his three seasons with Moose Jaw. He also took part in the 2014 CHL Top Prospects game. Point does have previous national under-18 experience. He was a member of the Canadian squad that won gold at the 13 Memorial of Ivan Hlinka Tournament, registering a goal and three assists in five games. And although he wasnt a part of last years under-18 world championship squad, Point is well aware of what the expectations are for this years team. "No matter what Hockey Canada event you go to, the expectation is always gold," he said. "That never changes no matter what the previous team did. "But being able to play exhibition games last year over there was an awesome experience. I think I can take the pace of the game from that experience and hopefully translate it into my game this year." Point is among 22 players who were invited to the camp -- eight from both the WHL and OHL, six from the QMJHL. Thirteen participated in last years under-17 world hockey challenge in Quebec while eight played in this years under-17 event in Cape Breton, N.S. Point is one oof nine players on the roster who helped Canada win gold at the Ivan Hlinka event last summer in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. NHL Jerseys From China. . But what stands out most to head coach Kevin Dineen is the sheer size of his squad, with 14 players in camp standing six feet or taller. "I cant believe the size of these guys and when you look at their bios they were playing midget just a couple of years ago," said Dineen, the former head coach of the NHLs Florida Panthers. "But not only are they big, theyre skilled with talent. "That makes it enjoyable having guys who are able to play the game anyway we need to have success." But Dineen, who played 19 NHL seasons and led Canadas national womens team to Olympic gold in Sochi in February, has also been impressed with his players hockey smarts. "Were certainly not going to compromise and dumb things down for this group," he said. "That wouldnt be fair to them because that wouldnt be making them live up to their potential and by no means are we doing that. "Its a pretty smart, cerebral bunch and I like the chemistry . . . one of our players missed the first day and didnt understand the drill we were doing so one of his teammates said, Here, hop in and Ill show you what we have to do. Theres a little bit of that going on which were really trying to encourage." And with good reason. Dineen faces the challenge of having to mould 22 players into a team less than two weeks before the start of the world championship tournament in Lapeenranta and Imatra, Finland. "Many teams were going to face have a real advantage because theyve been centralized like the U.S. team out in Ann Arbor, Mich., and many of the European players have played together for a while and were just putting this together," Dineen said. "But for me I love this kind of stuff, its so much fun. "This is such a good bunch to be around. Theyre enthusiastic, theyre talented, theyre nervous, its the whole package. Weve all felt each other out here for the last few days. Yes, there are challenges. Weve got to gel and find some chemistry in a pretty timely manner but its a really fun group to work with and theyre very sharp kids." Canada will conclude its training camp sessions Tuesday and play exhibition games against Finland and Denmark before opening the under-18 tournament April 17 against Sweden. Wholesale Jerseys China ' ' '

SOCHI, Russia -- Martin St. Karl Mecklenburg Broncos Jersey . Louis is going to get a chance to represent his country at the Winter Olympics after all. Hockey Canada announced today that the 38-year-old Tampa Bay forward will replace injured Lightning teammate Steven Stamkos on Canadas mens hockey team at the Sochi Olympics. "I heard from Stammer that he wasnt going to go, so I knew it was a possibility," St. Louis told reporters in Tampa on Thursday. "So I guess I was prepared for it." St. Louis said he felt bad for Stamkos, who tried hard to come back from a broken right tibia he suffered in a Nov. 11 NHL game before being ruled out of Olympic competition by the Lightnings medical staff on Wednesday. "I think weve got to understand how hard hes tried and worked to put himself in the position hes in and give himself a chance," St. Louis said. "Obviously hes disappointed and Im disappointed for him. Stammers a true professional and hes done everything he can this past month to get back to the lightning first and hopefully to Team Canada." St. Louis was considered one of Canadas most surprising snubs when Canadas team was first announced, along with Philadelphia forward Claude Giroux and Pittsburgh forward James Neal. The Laval, Que., native led the league in points in the 2012-13 shortened season with 17 goals and 43 assists in 48 games. He is having another strong campaign in 2013-14 with 54 points (25 goals, 29 assists) in 56 games, good for 11th in the league. "I dont see this as Marty replacing me, I see it as Marty deserving a spot on this team and going over and hopefully bringing back a gold medal," said Stamkos in the same news conference. St. Louis has won two World Championship silver medals for Canada over his career. He played in the 2006 Turin Olympics, scoring two goals and an assist in Canadas disappointing seventh-place finish. St. Louis went on a 10-game point streak (eight goals, six assists) for the Lightning after first being left off Canadas team, announced on Jan. 7. He said the snub had nothing to do with his increased production, but his play of late might have given him the edge over Giroux and Neal. "I dont think its motivation. Ive been motivated the past four years ... the past 10 years. If youre not motivated, youre not even considered for these things. His speed could be a benefit to Canada, which has struggled in the Olympics when playing on the larger international ice surface. Canada won gold in Salt Lake City in 2002 and in Vancouver in 2010 playing in NHL-style arenas, but was left off the podium in Nagano, Japan in 1998 and Turin, Italy in 2006. "Obviously its a bigger ice surface. It think my quickness, my speed ... thats what Im going to rely on," St. Louis said. "Its a different game, but I think whatever game plan we come up with, its going to be well thought-out." Stamkos is confident that his teammate can fill any position on Team Canada. "Hes going to go over there and play whatever role possible. I personally think hes going to play a big role," said Stamkos. "The character that he has, the way hes played in big-game situations in the past. I mean, hes won individual awards, hes won the team championships, hes been in those situations. "Its not like its a young guy thats never been in these situations before filling in for someone. This is a guy who can step in and play any role asked."Brandon McManus Broncos Jersey . - Kyle Wood and Barclay Goodrow scored second period power-play goals to provide all of the scoring for the North Bay Battalion in a 2-0 victory over the Erie Otters in Ontario Hockey League action on Thursday. Shaquil Barrett Broncos Jersey . Kelli Stack and Alex Carpenter also scored for the Americans, who avoided a repeat of Finlands upset at the Four Nations Cup in Lake Placid, N.Y., in November. Finnish goalie Noora Raty made 58 saves in that one, but the three-time Olympian could stop just 40 of 43 U. PHOENIX -- The Arizona Diamondbacks have designated Trevor Cahill for assignment, a move that could send the struggling right-hander to the minors. Cahill, acquired in a trade with Oakland in 2012, had lost his job in the rotation after a series of bad outings then struggled in a bullpen role. The team also placed third baseman Eric Chavez on the 15-day disabled list with a sore right knee. The Diamondbacks activated right-handed reliever J.J. Putz from the disabled list and recalled right-handed reliever Will Harris from Triple-A Reno. The Diamondbacks have 10 days to either trade Cahill, release him, outright him or option him to the minors. If they outright him, the pitcher would go on waivers and could be claimed by other teams. That and a trade are unlikely because Cahill is due to earn about $17 million in a contract that runs through next year, and Cahill seemed to be open to the idea of going to the minors, probably to Reno. "Our hope is to retain him," Diamondbacks general manager Kevin Towers said. "We still think theres value there." Cahill , 1-6 with a 5.66 ERA, had his best years with Oakland. In 2010, he was 18-8 for the As with a 2.97 ERA. "After everything thats happened, I still believe I can come back and be a starter and help this team win," he said before Monday nights game against Houston.
