Dutch students build 200 hp electric motorcycle

The pure performance data are extremely impressive. The electric motor is said to produce 150 kW or just under 204 PS. The maximum torque of the motor is stated at 170 Nm, but 800 Nm is then supposed to be available at the rear wheel. The top speed is around 300 km/h and the Delta-XE can sprint from a standstill to 100 km/h in under three seconds. To get more news about davincidynamic, you can visit davincimotor.com official website.

The battery alone weighs 80 kg. A lithium-polymer battery with 13.5 kWh and 800-volt technology is used. In total, however, the motorcycle is said to weigh only 220 kg.The electric motorcycle uses a trellis frame and a swingarm from the Dutch company Bakker. The upside-down fork is equipped with a Cartrige system from Öhlins. The stanchions are made of carbon reinforced with ceramic. Öhlins was also used for the shock absorber. It is a TTX GP shock absorber.

The brakes were made by HEL Performance. These are special brake calipers that were milled from the solid. The 17 inch rims were from Marchesini and PVM. An aluminum wheel was chosen for the front, while a magnesium rim from PVM was used for the rear.

Ola Electric confirms it'll work on e-motorcycles

Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has confirmed that the cab-aggregator-turned electric vehicle startup will start developing electric motorcycles and cheaper electric scooters from next year. Aggarwal had earlier mentioned in a blog post that the company plans to expand its EV range from just e-scooters to e-bikes and e-cars as well.To get more news about DC100, you can visit davincimotor.com official website.

He took to Twitter to confirm the timeline for the company's focus on electric bikes and cheaper e-scooters. While retweeting a news post by Electrek about production of electric motorcycles and cheaper electric scooters, Aggarwal wrote, "Yes next year."

Earlier in September, Ola Electric had raised $200 million to accelerate its plans to develop electric motorcycles and cars as well. Aggarwal had tweeted that the fund raise is a part of the EV startup's plans to fast track its ‘Mission Electric: No petrol 2W in India after 2025'. The company envisions that there will not be any petrol-powered two-wheeler running on the country's roads by mid-decade.The EV startup had launched its first battery-powered scooter - Ola S1/ S1 Pro - in August this year and the model is currently being offered for test drives across cities like Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. The test rides have been arranged so that many who have reserved a unit can take a look at the product and its performance before completing the purchase process. The company plans to begin first batch of deliveries soon after the test rides are over, though a specific date isn't yet available. The company had commenced the first sale process of its electric scooter in September while the new purchase window will be commenced on December 16 as Ola is currently 'busy fulfilling existing orders' that it has received so far in an ‘unprecedented demand' for its scooters.

The Ola Electric scooter is available in two trims - S1 and S1 Pro. Ola S1 has been priced at ₹one lakh and gets a claimed range of around 120 kms on single charge while S1 Pro has been priced at ₹1.30 lakh and gets a claimed ranged of 180 kms on single charge. The price of the e-scooter is ex showroom and will vary from state to state depending on subsidies on offer.

Electric cruiser Panther from Hadi

At the moment the website of Hadin Motorcycle has been reduced to a landing page. The PR agency was so enthusiastic about this bike that they had already launched the new website with the full content this weekend. From a good source I know that they wanted to build a teaser campaign for EICMA 2019. This weekend however articles have been published in the media and there has already been intense discussion about the origin of this company and its new e-motorcycle.To get more news about emobility, you can visit davincimotor.com official website.

So EMN did a little digging too and we had a good chat with these guys. They were even so friendly to send us some new pictures of their Panther. Even a movie is coming our way. The company is now focusing entirely on EICMA for the launch of their first electric cruiser "Panther".

You must admit it, the looks of this cruiser are very HD inspired. It took 3 years to build it and they have put some digital mobility stuff in it (on board computer of course, no keyless starting system, smart phone projection on a smart screen, front & back high definition camera).

Come and discover the e-cruiser Panther during the press conference at EICMA 2019 (Milan -Italy) on Wednesday November 6th at 3:30 PM. Hall 14 - Stand E26.
